High-strength corrugated paper production process

The production of high-strength corrugated cardboard starts from pulping, and pulp is obtained by chemical or mechanical treatment of wood or waste paper. In the molding stage, the pulp is evenly coated on a mesh screen, the fibers are intertwined to form thin paper and initially dehydrated, and then heated and dried by hot air or rollers to the desired humidity. The pressing link improves the density and smoothness of the paper through high pressure, and enhances the structural strength. Finally, the pressed paper is rolled into a corrugated core layer, which is combined with the flat paper layer through a starch adhesive to form a corrugated cardboard supported by a triangular structure, which has both compression resistance, elasticity and cushioning properties.
